These terms govern your individual purchase and use of the Grit Type Indicator, operated by Grit Global LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By purchasing or taking the assessment, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not purchase. Team and organisational engagements run under a separate agreement.
A single individual's access to the Grit Type Indicator assessment and the written profile it produces. One purchase covers one person taking the assessment one time. It is not a licence to administer the assessment to others, and it is not a subscription.
Your purchase provides a single-use access link. That link works once. Once you begin the assessment, the link is consumed and cannot be reused, reopened, or shared.
Access expires 14 days from the date of purchase. We will email you a reminder 7 days before expiry, and again 24 hours before expiry, at the address used at checkout. After 14 days the access link is permanently deleted, the purchase is closed, and no refund is due.
If your link failed through no fault of your own, contact us and we will look into it.
You may request a full refund at any time before you begin the assessment. Once you have begun, the purchase is final and non-refundable, including if you do not complete it.
This is because the assessment and your resulting profile are delivered immediately and cannot be returned. Our records show the moment your access link is used, and that moment is what determines whether a refund applies.

The Grit Type Indicator is a personal and professional development tool. You may use your own profile however you like, including sharing it with a coach, manager, or team.
The Grit Type Indicator must not be used to make employment decisions. This includes hiring, screening, selection, promotion, demotion, compensation, placement, discipline, or termination.
It has not been validated as a selection instrument and is not designed, tested, or offered for that purpose. Using it that way violates these terms, and you accept full responsibility for any consequence of doing so.

The Grit Type Indicator, including its questions, scoring model, type framework, report content, and all associated branding, is the property of Grit Global LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark. Purchasing access does not transfer any ownership.
Your individual profile is yours to keep and use personally.
The Grit Type Indicator is a development tool. It is not a clinical or diagnostic instrument, it does not measure intelligence or competence, and it does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. It should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. If you are seeking clinical support, speak with a licensed professional.
The assessment is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grit Global LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the assessment or reliance on your results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or take the assessment.
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. The terms in force at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
